  • Children these days lead such busy and stressful lives. Encourage your child to unplug, unwind and develop body awareness through our kids yoga and mindfulness sessions. We connect with our breath and flow through yoga poses (asanas) through age-appropriate stories, games and songs, while developing a positive mindset and building self-esteem.
